Short Description：
MWF-08 is a kind of emulsion type antifoam agent. The newly developed antifoam compound provides the good balance of defoaming and antifoaming. It shows very good compatibility, dilution stability and shear stability. It is suitable for metal working fluids and the expected foam control performance can be achieved by small dosage, at the same time, there is nearly no negative impact on the following process as the extremely low dosage used. MWF-08 is suitable for both synthetic working fluids and emulsion type working fluids.

APPLICATION PROCESS
♦ Can be added directly into the foam solution.
♦ Pre -test is recommended to optimize the performance and dosage used for different process.
♦ For optimized foam control performance, this product can be combined with MWF-07.

♦ High shear circulation process
♦ Those conditions need the high dilution stability
